2-1-1 Blue Book Directory
2-1-1 is creating a resource directory to enable residents and service providers easy access to nonprofit and government agencies in San Bernardino County.  IEUW 2-1-1 staff works to collect and maintain this listing of more than 700 agencies and 4,000 resources. Each agency is screened to ensure the entry is current and up-to-date.

2-1-1 First Year Report shows:

• More than 68% of all 2-1-1 calls are related to basic needs.

• 58% of callers had children under age 18 present in the home, with one-third of those callers having children under the age of six in the home.

• The Central Valley region (cities of San Bernardino, Fontana, Rialto and Colton) has the greatest number of calls to 2-1-1.

• More than 95% of the callers indicated that the referrals given were accurate.
